We can manage and assess your irrigation system and repair issues that need attention. Irrigation repairs are billed separately and carried out only with your approval.
Fertilizer and similar applications are provided only at your request and billed separately. KB Yard Services carries liability insurance for added peace of mind.

If your rental needs a catch-up visit, a one-time yard cleanup can address the lawn, shrubs and accumulated outdoor debris. Tell us which tasks you want included:

A practical starting point for remote hosts
If you manage the property from elsewhere, email current photos and identify the person who can discuss the work and provide access. Include the rental's city, the outdoor areas in your request and any guest timing considerations.
